a) autorise des Canadiens et Canadiennes à accepter et à porter la médaille Article 5 de l'Organisation du Traité de l'Atlantique Nord (OTAN) pour l'opération « Eagle Assist », assortie d'une barrette « Article 5 », en reconnaissance de leur service honorable dans le cadre des opérations, menées conformément à l'Article 5 du Traité de l'Atlantique Nord, de déploiement d'avions AWACS (système aéroporté d'alerte et de contrôle), du 12 octobre 2001 au 16 mai 2002, dans l'espace aérien des États-Unis;
