Incentives for new markets using space based services have been created in the US due to a long term policy of promoting governmental use which created a virtuous circle by boosting private businesses that need in turn more space based infrastructures. These initiatives boost the use of space for the benefit of public policies and make these companies more competitive on export markets.
Aux États-Unis, les nouveaux marchés utilisant des services spatiaux ont bénéficié de mesures incitatives: celles-ci s’inscrivent dans une politique à long terme qui vise à encourager les pouvoirs publics à utiliser ces services et stimule, par un effet de cercle vertueux, les entreprises privées qui, à leur tour, ont besoin de plus d’infrastructures spatiales. Ces initiatives favorisent l’utilisation de l’espace au bénéfice de politiques publiques et rendent les entreprises plus compétitives sur les marchés d’exportation.
