The Belgian authorities confirmed that although the aid was granted directly to the company S.A. RENDAC-UDES, as a service provider, for the costs of the services provided to owners of agricultural holdings, it was fully passed through to the farmers in order to cover all the costs linked to different activities of collection, transport, storage, processing and destruction, that they would otherwise have to bear.
Les autorités belges ont confirmé que, bien qu’elle soit octroyée directement à la société SA RENDAC-UDEC en tant que prestataire de services, pour les coûts des services fournis aux exploitants agricoles, l’aide revenait entièrement aux agriculteurs afin de couvrir la totalité des coûts liés aux diverses opérations de collecte, de transport, de stockage, de transformation et de destruction qui seraient à leur charge sans le régime d’aides.
