6. The owner or operator of a storage tank system that has tanks designed to be installed underground that were installed before the coming into force of these Regulations above grade or encased within an unfilled secondary containment must, within four years after the day on which these Regulations come into force, permanently withdraw that system from service in accordance with section 44 and remove it in accordance with section 45.

Le propriétaire ou l’exploitant d’un système de stockage pourvu de réservoirs qui ont été conçus pour être installés sous terre et qui ont été installés, avant la date de l’entrée en vigueur du présent règlement, de manière à ce qu’ils soient hors terre ou à l’intérieur d’un confinement secondaire non rempli, doit, dans les quatre ans suivant cette date, mettre le système hors service de manière permanente conformément à l’article 44 et l’enlever conformément à l’article 45.
