The governing body of ABB is the Board of Directors. Under this, its top executive organ is the Group Executive Committee consisting (as at August 1993) of the Chief Executive Officer and seven Executive Vice-Presidents representing the three geographical regions of ABB's operations and the four main business or product segments.
