If you look at the B.C.-Alberta, at the TILMA agreement itself, it is quite striking that the exceptions at the back are as long as the agreement itself. There are actually 62 categories of labour, which is achieving certain standards, where they have a three-year ramp-in period, and it goes from acupuncturists to water well drillers.
