The region concerned forms part of the Natura 2000 network, contains endangered and protected species of wildlife, falls within the definition of a special protection area under Directive 79/409 and comprises an important sub-Alpine zone. In view of this situation, will the Commission say whether environmental impact surveys have been submitted for the project concerned and what they contain.
