Every five years the Commission shall inform the European Parliament, the Council, the European Economic and Social Committee and the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health Protection at Work of the content of these reports, of its assessment of developments in the field in question and of any initiative, in particular as regards exposure to static magnetic fields, that may be warranted in the light of new scientific knowledge.
Tous les cinq ans, la Commission informe le Parlement européen, le Conseil, le Comité économique et social européen, et le Comité consultatif pour la sécurité et la santé sur le lieu du travail du contenu de ces rapports ainsi que de l'évaluation qu'elle fait des développements intervenus dans le domaine en question et de toute initiative, notamment en ce qui concerne l'exposition aux champs magnétiques statiques, qui pourrait être justifiée au vu des nouvelles connaissances scientifiques.
