On the basis of the Strategic Coherence Frameworks, beneficiary candidate countries draft multi-annual operational programmes per component (component IV) or per theme (component III), in consultation with the relevant stakeholders, which are then agreed with the Commission for formal adoption, following the consultation of the relevant Member States Committee: Coordination Committee for the funds (COCOF) for component III and COCOF and European Social Fund (ESF) Committee for component IV.
En s’appuyant sur les cadres de cohérence stratégiques, les pays candidats bénéficiaires rédigent, en concertation avec les parties prenantes concernées, des programmes opérationnels pluriannuels par volet (volet IV) ou par thème (volet III) qui sont ensuite approuvés par la Commission pour adoption formelle, après consultation du comité compétent des États membres: comité de coordination des fonds (COCOF) pour le volet III et COCOF et comité du Fonds social européen (FSE) pour le volet IV.
