Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to express my frank amazement over the irony of fate that the Czech government, which is well-known for its specific approach to the question of negotiations with Russia, has not yet torn asunder its veil and heaped ashes upon its head.
Mesdames et Messieurs, je tiens à exprimer mon vif étonnement quant à cette ironie du sort qui veut que le gouvernement tchèque, bien connu pour son approche spécifique de la question des négociations avec la Russie, n’ait pas encore déchiré son voile et recouvert sa tête de cendres.
