Copy 3 must accompany the goods and shall be returned to the supplier with a certificate of receipt which also indicates the further fiscal treatment of the goods in the Member State of destination given by the recipient if the supplier requires it in particular for reimbursement purposes.
L'exemplaire no 3 doit accompagner les marchandises et doit être renvoyé au fournisseur avec un certificat de réception indiquant le traitement fiscal ultérieur des marchandises dans l'État membre de destination, si le fournisseur l'exige en particulier dans le cadre d'une demande de remboursement.
