Without prejudice to any compensation granted in accordance with national law, the third-country national concerned shall, where the appeal concludes that the decision to refuse entry was ill-founded, be entitled to correction of the cancelled entry stamp, and any other cancellations or additions which have been made, by the Member State which refused entry.
Sans préjudice de toute éventuelle compensation accordée conformément au droit national, le ressortissant de pays tiers concerné a le droit à la rectification du cachet d’entrée annulé, ainsi que de toute autre annulation ou ajout, de la part de l’État membre qui a refusé l’entrée, si, dans le cadre du recours, la décision de refus d’entrée devait être déclarée non fondée.
