In case any such institution uses the resolution financing arrangement for any of such purposes, the resolution authority should be able to compare the risk profile of all other institutions covered by Article 45(3) of Directive 2014/59/EU with that of the institution which used the resolution financing arrangement and apply the methodology set out this Delegated Act to those institutions which present a risk profile similar or higher than that of the institutions which used the resolution financing arrangement.

22 (1) If the Board gives a notice to the council of the first nation under subsection 52(1) of the Act requiring a co-management arrangement or a notice under subsection 52(3) of the Act terminating a co-management arrangement, it shall provide a copy of the notice to the First Nations Finance Authority and First Nations Tax Commission.

Subject to the first subparagraph, national financing arrangements shall not be obliged to lend to another national financing arrangement in those circonstances when the resolution authority of the Member State of the financing arrangement considers that it would not have sufficient funds to finance any foreseeable resolution in the near future.
