3. On completion of an investigation and before a proposal for a complete draft decision is prepared and submitted to the Supervisory Board, the ECB, in its capacity to investigate breaches in the field of supervision, shall notify the undertaking concerned in writing of the findings under the investigation carried out and of any objections raised thereto.
3. Lors de l'achèvement d'une enquête et avant qu'une proposition de projet complet de décision ne soit élaborée et soumise au conseil de surveillance, la BCE, en sa capacité à enquêter sur les infractions dans le domaine de la surveillance, notifie par écrit à l'entreprise concernée les résultats de l'enquête effectuée et tout grief soulevé à son encontre.
