As for the comment about a hodge-podge of programs, my sense is that the federal government has endeavoured, through SHIP, to concentrate its infrastructure funding on highways, on public transportation, and in some respects, to consolidate its efforts through the SHIP program administered by Mr. Rock.

En ce qui a trait au commentaire sur les programmes morcelés, mon impression est que le gouvernement fédéral a justement essayé, par le programme d'infrastructure stratégique, de concentrer à un endroit précis le financement en infrastructures pour couvrir les autoroutes, le transport en commun, enfin les besoins variés qu'il y a au gouvernement fédéral en matière d'infrastructures.
