4. Community cooperation with Latin America shall retain a regional focus, distinguishing where appropriate between countries and regions as agreed in the partnership agreements in force or in the process of being negotiated or, failing that, in the remaining agreements applying to the other countries and regions, taking account of the processes of regional and sub-regional integration underway in Latin America.
4. La coopération communautaire avec l'Amérique latine continue à être guidée par une approche régionale, une distinction étant, le cas échéant, établie entre les pays et les régions, conformément aux dispositions prévues dans les accords de partenariat en vigueur ou en cours de négociation ou, à défaut, dans les autres accords d'application concernant les autres pays et régions, en prenant en considération les processus d'intégration régionale et sous-régionale en cours en Amérique latine.
