The vacancy notice shall further indicate that candidates must submit their applications in writing, accompanied by a detailed curriculum vitae, a letter of motivation and the appropriate character references as to their suitability for the performance of the duties pertaining to the vacant post, to the Chairperson of the Management Board within six weeks of the date of publication of the vacancy notice in the Official Journal of the European Union.
