Mr. Chairman, when I look at the U.S. stock market, which is defying gravity in the most extraordinary of ways, and when I look at a lot of the uncertainty that there continues to be in the global arena and all the euphoria that is surrounding it, I worry enormously about these projections of surplus and trying to build plans now.
