4. The Minister may, in determining the amount of a grant payable to a municipality under these Regulations in respect of federa
l property within a defined area, deduct from the amount that would otherwise be payable an amount that, in the opinion of the Minister, is equal to the product of the total proceeds of the development tax or redevelopment tax in respect of that area multiplied by a fraction the denominator of which is the said total proceeds and the numerator of which is that portion of the said total proceeds that relates to the financing of services of a kind that the federal government, at its own expense, has carried out, i

4. Le ministre peut, en déterminant le montant d'une subvention payable à une municipalité selon le présent règlement, pour une propriété fédérale située dans les limites d'une zone déterminée, déduire du montant qui serait autrement payable, un montant qui, d'après lui, est égal à la recette totale de la taxe d'aménagement ou de réaménagement pour cette zone, multiplié par une fraction dont le dénominateur est ladite recette totale et le numérateur la partie de la recette se rapportant au financement de services de nature semblable à ceux que le gouvernement fédéral, à ses propres frais, a fourni, fournit, ou se propose de fournir.
