– (PT) Mr President, I wish to take the opportunity of the President-in-Office’s presence in this debate to ask him whether he is aware that the Spanish public company, Santa Barbara, has just been sold to the U.S. company, General Dynamics, having refused an alternative offer from a German company, despite the fact that Santa Barbara actually has a contract to build hundreds of ‘Leopard’ tanks that are patented in Germany.
- (PT) Monsieur le Président, je profite de la présence du président en exercice du Conseil dans ce débat pour lui demander s'il sait que l'entreprise publique espagnole Santa Barbara vient d'être vendue à la société américaine General Dynamics, malgré l'offre d'une société allemande, alors que la société Santa Barbara possède précisément un contrat pour la construction de centaines de chars d'assaut "Léopard" sous brevet allemand ?
