On this point, we have set ourselves three objectives, namely the prior commitment – as the Solana doctrine calls it – with neighbouring countries, which can lend us a hand, not only not to export terrorists but also to help Iraq to emerge from the abyss; the training of the security forces, who are vital in planning the withdrawal of the occupying troops; and, finally, the constitutional agreement.
Sur ce point, nous nous sommes fixé trois objectifs, à savoir l’engagement préalable - comme l’appelle la doctrine Solana - de concert avec les pays voisins, qui peuvent nous donner un coup de main, non seulement en extradant des terroristes, mais aussi en aidant l’Irak à sortir du gouffre; l’entraînement des forces de sécurité, qui sont capitales pour planifier le retrait des troupes d’occupation; et, enfin, l’accord constitutionnel.
