5.If none of the outcomes referred to in points (a), (b) or (c) of paragraph 3 applies, the resolution authority shall terminate the operation of a bridge institution at the end of a two- year period following the date on which the last transfer from an institution under resolution pursuant to the bridge institution tool was made.
5.Si aucune des situations visées au paragraphe 3, point a), b) ou c), ne se produit, l'autorité de résolution met fin à l'activité de l'établissement-relais au terme de la période de deux ans suivant la date du dernier transfert depuis un établissement soumis à résolution effectué dans le cadre de l'instrument de l'établissement-relais.
