Recalls, however, that following the adjustment and the revision of the financial perspective to finance the needs of enlargement, an amount of EUR 190 million has been added to the ceiling of heading 3 of the FP for the year 2005; reminds the Commission that part of this additional amount is intended to finance not only the programmes under co-decision which have been set up in the context of the 2004 budgetary procedure but also the European Parliament's priorities such as pilot projects, preparatory actions and other annual activities;
