By way of derogation from paragraphs 1 and 2, any vessel authorised to fish in the Baltic, Belts or Sound may carry automatic grading equipment in the Kattegat provided that a fishing authorisation has been issued in accordance with Article 7. The fishing authorisation shall define the species, areas, time periods and any other required conditions applicable to the use and carriage on board of the grading equipment'.
Par dérogation aux paragraphes 1 et 2, tout navire autorisé à pêcher dans la mer Baltique, les Belts ou l’Øresund peut détenir à bord des appareils de classification automatique dans le Kattegat pour autant qu’une autorisation de pêche ait été délivrée conformément à l’article 7. L'autorisation de pêche spéciale précise les espèces, les zones, les périodes et toute autre condition applicable à l'utilisation et à la détention à bord des appareils de classification automatique».
