(2) Subject to subsection (3), prepackaged products packaged from bulk on a retail premises, other than wallpaper or floor covering, are exempt from paragraphs 4(1)(b) and 8(b) of the Act and from section 14 of these Regulations, if the net quantity of the product is clearly shown on the principal display panel of the label thereon in terms of a Canadian unit.
(2) Sous réserve du paragraphe (3), tout produit préemballé, sauf le papier peint et les couvre-planchers, qui est emballé à partir de produits en vrac chez un détaillant, est exempté de l’application des alinéas 4(1)b) et 8b) de la Loi et de l’article 14 du présent règlement, si la quantité nette qu’il contient est clairement indiquée dans l’espace principal de l’étiquette en unités de mesure canadiennes.
