Whereas up to now only national carriers and American airlines have been able to fly from the Member States to the United States, in future all European carriers will be able to fly from any point in Europe to any point in the United States, with the possibility of then flying on to, for instance, Mexico or South America.
Alors que jusqu’à présent, seules des compagnies nationales ou américaines pouvaient voler vers les États-Unis à partir des États membres, à l’avenir, toute compagnie européenne pourra voler à partir de n’importe quel aéroport européen vers n’importe quel aéroport américain, et donc aussi poursuivre éventuellement son vol vers le Mexique ou l’Amérique du Sud, par exemple.
