By derogation from point M.A.801(b), in the case of unforeseen situations, when an aircraft is grounded at a location where no approved maintenance organisation appropriately approved under this Annex or Annex II (Part-145) and no appropriate certifying staff are available, the owner may authorise any person, with not less than three years of appropriate maintenance experience and holding the proper qualifications, to maintain according to the standards set out in Subpart D of this Annex and release the aircraft.
Par dérogation au point M.A.801(b), dans des situations imprévues, lorsqu’un aéronef est immobilisé au sol en un lieu où aucun organisme d’entretien agréé conformément aux dispositions de la présente annexe ou de l’annexe II, partie 145, et aucun personnel de certification compétent ne sont disponibles, le propriétaire peut autoriser toute personne ayant au minimum trois années d’expérience utile dans le domaine de l’entretien et détenant les qualifications appropriées, à effectuer les travaux d’entretien en conformité avec les normes énoncées dans la sous-partie D de la présente annexe et à autoriser la remise en service de l’aéronef.
