We need co-operation between the provincial and federal governments, not using the axe as a hammer and not staying with the socialized state run health care system which was good in the 1960s but is not good in the 21st century.
Il faut qu'il y ait une collaboration entre le gouvernement fédéral et les provinces. Il faut éviter de brandir des menaces et de s'attacher au système de santé socialisé, régi par l'État qui donnait satisfaction dans les années 1960, mais qui ne fait plus l'affaire au XXIe siècle.
