(55) According to the technical studies carried out so far under the general plan for waste water treatment in the Saja/Besaya basin, waste water discharged by industrial firms in the area, including SNIACE, will have to be treated at source by the firms themselves, and treated effluents will be allowed to be fed into the waste water system in accordance with the limits laid down in the Regulations on Discharges and subject to the payment of user charges reflecting the permissible pollutant load.
(55) D'après les études techniques réalisées jusqu'ici dans le cadre du plan précité, les entreprises industrielles de la zone, Sniace comprise, seront tenues de traiter leurs propres effluents à la source, avant d'être autorisées à rejeter à l'égout les effluents traités, dans le respect des limites prescrites par la réglementation sur les rejets et sous réserve du paiement d'une redevance calculée en fonction de la charge autorisée en polluants.
