6. Without prejudice to relevant Community law, in particular Community rules on State aid and Directive 98/34/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 June 1998 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations and of rules on Information Society services , Member States may promote the installation of air-conditioning systems which are efficient, innovative and further reduce the climate impact.
6. Sans préjudice du droit communautaire applicable et en particulier des règles communautaires relatives aux aides d'État et de la directive 98/34/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 22 juin 1998 prévoyant une procédure d'information dans le domaine des normes et réglementations techniques et des règles relatives aux services de la société de l'information , les États membres peuvent promouvoir l'installation de systèmes de climatisation qui sont efficaces, innovants et qui réduisent davantage l'impact sur le climat.
