If it were a private sale, for example, the farmer would likely do one of two things: He would either deposit that cash in a financial institution, in which case the financial institution would make the report to FINTRAC about the cash being deposited; or if, as you said, they entered into another real estate transaction, then it would either be caught by that real estate transaction or subsequently down the line.
