In accordance with the Community Rules on competition, the Commission has adopted a decision under Article 85 (3) of the EEC Treaty exempting the regulations governing the exhibition known as SIPPA ("Salon International Professionnel de la Papeterie et de la Bureautique"), which is the largest event of its kind in France and is held each year in Paris at the beginning of February for professionals in the paper sector.
