HEREAS by Letters Patent dated April 23, 1909, on record in the Land Titles Office for the South Alberta Land Registration District as Number 4623, Book 5, Folio 186 (referred to hereinafter as the “Letters Patent”), the tracts of land described therein were granted by His Majesty to Calgary Power and Transmission Company, Limited, their successors and assigns, forever, in consideration of the sum of $10,000 paid to the Superintendent General of Indian Affairs and in further consideration of the annual rental of $1,500 subject to the

Attendu que, selon les lettres patentes en date du 23 avril 1909 enregistrées au Bureau des titres fonciers du district cadestral du sud de l’Alberta sous le numéro 4623, livre 5, folio 186, (ci-après appelées « lettres patentes »), les terres visées ont été cédées par Sa Majesté à la Calgary Power and Transmission Company, Limited, à ses successeurs et ses ayants droits, pour toujours, en contrepartie de la somme de 10 000 $ payée au surintendant général des Affaires indiennes et en contrepartie également des redevances annuelles de 1 500 $ aux conditions spécifiées à cet égard;
