7 (1) If it is proved on oath before a recorder, two justices of the peace or a provincial court judge or, in the Province of Quebec, a judge of the Court of Quebec, that there are reasonable grounds to suspect that any intoxicating liquor is in any premises or place and that the intoxicating liquor is or has been dealt with contrary to this Act, that officer may grant a warrant to search the premises or place, including any Government railway, vehicle or steamship, for the intoxicating liquor, and, if the intoxicating liquor or any part thereof is found in the premises or place, to seize and bring it before him.
7 (1) Lorsqu’il est établi sous serment, devant un recorder, un juge de la cour provinciale ou, dans la province de Québec, un juge de la Cour du Québec ou deux juges de paix, qu’il y a des motifs raisonnables de soupçonner que de la boisson enivrante se trouve en un endroit ou local et est ou a été traitée d’une façon contraire à la présente loi, ceux-ci peuvent autoriser par mandat une perquisition dans cet endroit ou local, y compris un chemin de fer, véhicule ou navire de l’État, pour y découvrir cette boisson enivrante, et, si la totalité ou toute quantité de cette boisson y est découverte, d’en opérer la saisie et de la leur apporter.
