His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to section 4 of the National Battlefields at Quebec Act, 1914Footnote , is pleased hereby to confirm the revocation, by the National Battlefields Commission, of the National Battlefields Park By-law, C.R.C., c. 1042, and to confirm the making, by the National Battlefields Commission, of the annexed By-law respecting the National Battlefields Park, in substitution therefor.
