This Directive respects the fundamental rights and observes the principles recognised in the Charter in particular the freedom to choose an occupation and the right to engage in work, the right to non-discrimination, in particular on grounds of nationality, the right to collective bargaining and action, fair and just working conditions, the right to freedom of movement and residence and the right to an effective remedy and a fair trial.
La présente directive respecte les droits fondamentaux et les principes consacrés par la charte, notamment la liberté professionnelle et le droit de travailler, le droit à la non-discrimination, en particulier fondée sur la nationalité, le droit de négociation et d'actions collectives, des conditions de travail justes et équitables, la liberté de circulation et de séjour et le droit à un recours effectif et à accéder à un tribunal impartial.
