Definition: Disorders that fulfil some of the features of anorexia nervosa but in which the overall clinical picture does not justify that diagnosis. For instance, one of the key symptoms, such as amenorrhoea or marked dread of being fat, may be absent in the presence of marked weight loss and weight-reducing behaviour. This diagnosis should not be made in the presence of known physical disorders associated with weight loss.

Definition: A disorder characterized by deliberate weight loss, induced and sustained by the patient. It occurs most commonly in adolescent girls and young women, but adolescent boys and young men may also be affected, as may children approaching puberty and older women up to the menopause. The disorder is associated with a specific psychopathology whereby a dread of fatness and flabbiness of body contour persists as an intrusive overvalued idea, and the patients impose a low weight threshold on themselves. 4 (1) Subject to subsection (2), the amount of an abatement of duties that may be granted on imported bulk wines and spirits that have suffered a loss in volume or weight arising from natural causes while in a bonded warehouse shall be an amount equal to that proportion of the duties otherwise payable on the goods that the loss in volume or weight is of the volume or weight of the goods when originally warehoused.

100. Except as otherwise provided in this Act, every person who uses, or causes or permits the using of, any beams, scales, weights or measures in or about any premises subject to excise, other than those that have been tested, inspected and approved by the proper officer as provided in this Act, shall, for every offence, incur a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars and a further fine not exceeding fifty dollars for each subsequent day on which the use is continued, and the beams, scales, weights and measures shall be forfeited to the Crown and shall be seized by any officer and dealt with accordingly.
