I submit that it is a dangerous moment from a libertarian point of view when the state, through a bill such as this, seeks to intervene into an institution which belongs to civil society, not to the sphere of the state, to change the meaning of something which is natural and ontological, which is not a toy, a plastic entity that the state can play with and change its meaning as it pleases.
À mon avis, il est dangereux, d'un point de vue libertaire, que l'État cherche, au moyen d'un tel projet de loi, à intervenir relativement à une institution qui appartient à la société civile et qui ne relève pas de la compétence de l'État, pour changer la signification d'une chose qui est naturelle et ontologique, d'une chose qui n'est pas un jouet ou un objet en plastique avec lequel l'État peut jouer et qu'il peut modifier à sa guise.
