About the moneys the federal and provincial governments are overseeing, the funds going into the provinces, are there any qualifiers with some of the things we're doing such that if we are giving x dollars, whether for hydro or for rebuilding whatever piece of infrastructure.we have qualifiers in there that you have to meet this type of standard, so if in the future something like this occurs again we are not going to be faced with the same situations?
