A. Coordinated development of telecommunications networks and services in the Community and common infrastructure projects In this area, the Council, acting on a proposal from the Commission, has adopted two Recommendations - one on the coordinated introduction of the integrated services digital network (ISDN) in the Europlan Community and the other on the coordinated introduction of public pan- European cellular digital land-based mobile communications in the Community - and a Directive on the frequency bands to be reserved for these mobile communications.
A) Le développement coordoné des réseaux et services de télécommunications dans la Communauté et les projets communs d'infrastructure.- Dans ce domaine, le Conseil a adopté, sur proposition de la Commission, deux Recommendations - l'une concernant l'introduction coordonnée du réseau numérique à intégration de services (RNIS)dans la Communauté; l'autre concernant l'introduction coordonnée de communications mobiles publiques numériques paneuropéennes dans la Communauté - ainsi qu'une Directive concernant les bandes de fréquences à réserver à ces communications mobiles.
