(iii) has worked in the area of patent law and practice, including the preparation and prosecution of applications for a patent, for at least 24 months, at least 12 of which were worked in Canada and the rest of which were worked in a country other than Canada where the person was registered as a patent agent in good standing with a patent office of that country; and
(iii) elle a exercé des fonctions relatives à la pratique et au droit en matière de brevets, notamment la préparation et la poursuite des demandes de brevet, pendant au moins vingt-quatre mois, dont au moins douze mois au Canada et le reste dans un pays étranger où elle était inscrite comme agent de brevets à tout bureau des brevets dans ce pays et avec lequel elle était en règle;
