In the light of Article 6(3) and (4) of the Habitats Directive (‘Assessment of Plans and Projects significantly affecting Natura 2000 sites’) would the Commission be prepared to consider allowing further cutting of peat on raised bogs in Ireland for which such permission expires on 31 December 2009?
Vu l’article 6, paragraphes 3 et 4, de la directive «Habitats» («Évaluation des plans et projets ayant des incidences significatives sur des sites Natura 2000»), la Commission serait-elle disposée à envisager de proroger l’autorisation d’extraction de la tourbe des tourbières hautes d’Irlande qui expire le 31 décembre 2010?
