I hope that this period of stocktaking at the WTO will enable parties to reflect not only on how that organisation must change, but also on the merits of that organisation – a unique body in international law.
J’espère que cette période de réflexion au sein de l’OMC permettra aux parties de réfléchir non seulement à la direction dans laquelle cette organisation doit évoluer, mais aussi aux mérites de cette organisation, instance unique dans le droit international.
