The studies will cover the hydrological, water-engineering, economic, ecological and social aspects of the whole question, with the further objective of taking the necessary measures to regulate the level of the lakes and the transit flow (eliminating permanently the risks of flooding) and to ensure optimum utilization of the water resources involved (by creating new irrigation plots, fishery schemes, etc.).
Ces études englobent les aspects hydrologique, hydraulique, économique, écologique et social du système TDPS avec pour objectif ultérieur la réalisation des travaux nécessaires d'une part à la régulation du niveau des lacs et des débits de transit (suppression définitive des risques d'inondation) et d'autre part à l'utilisation optimum des ressources en eau du bassin (création de nouveaux périmètres d'irrigation, pêche, etc...).
