(4) For the purposes of subsection (2), transportation by air begins at a point in the taxation area and ends at a point outside the taxation area if the transportation or any part thereof includes at least one departure from a point in Canada, other than a departure resulting from a transfer stop, to a destination outside the taxation area, whether or not there are any intermediate stops.
(4) Pour l’application du paragraphe (2), le transport aérien commence à un point situé dans la zone de taxation et se termine à un point situé à l’extérieur de la zone de taxation s’il comprend, en tout ou en partie, au moins un départ à partir d’un point situé au Canada, à l’exclusion d’un départ résultant d’une escale de correspondance, vers une destination située à l’extérieur de la zone de taxation, qu’il y ait ou non des escales intermédiaires.
