Paragraph 2 of Chapter 4 of Annex IV to the 2003 Act of Accession provides that any stock of agricultural product private as well as public, in free circulation at the date of accession within the territory of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia (hereinafter referred to as ‘the new Member States’), and exceeding the quantity which could be regarded as constituting a normal carry-over of stock should be eliminated at the expense of the new Member States.
L'annexe IV, chapitre 4, point 2, de l'acte d'adhésion de 2003 dispose que tout stock de produits, qu'il soit privé ou public, en libre pratique sur le territoire de la République tchèque, de l'Estonie, de Chypre, de la Lettonie, de la Lituanie, de la Hongrie, de Malte, de la Pologne, de la Slovénie et de la Slovaquie (ci-après dénommés «les nouveaux États membres») à la date d'adhésion et dépassant la quantité qui pourrait être considérée comme constituant un report normal de stocks doit être éliminé aux frais des nouveaux États membres.
