Liaising with the political groups, Members, the other departments in the Secretariat and the other EU institutions and bodies; drawing up the seating plan for the Chamber; preparing the calendar of part-sessions; overseeing and updating the pronunciation guide; drawing up the rotas of Members in the chair and assistants to Members in the chair; answering questions concerning the organisation of the plenary.
Assurer le contact avec les groupes politiques, les députés, les autres services du Secrétariat, les autres institutions et organes européens; concevoir le plan de l’hémicycle; préparer le calendrier des périodes de session; gérer et mettre à jour le guide de prononciation; établir le roulement des présidents de séance ainsi que celui des assistants aux présidents de séance; répondre aux demandes concernant le déroulement de la plénière.
