When there are well-formed international interventions as there have been in Bosnia, Kosovo and Afghanistan, then we can expect to occupy a region and within that region, provide all of the political, economic, social and psychosocial elements of security on top of the security framework.
Quand les interventions internationales sont bien concertées, comme ce fut le cas en Bosnie, au Kosovo et en Afghanistan, nous pouvons alors nous attendre à occuper une région et à assurer, à l'intérieur de cette région, l'ensemble des éléments politiques, économiques, sociaux et psychosociaux de la sécurité, en plus du cadre de sécurité proprement dit.
