Our position was the same position that FIDEC took in Quebec, which was that these are tax credits paid for by the provinces that are really designed to try to deal with a number of things, including infrastructure support, corporate capitalization, the ability to develop projects so you don't have to go cap in hand on a project-by-project basis, and the ability to hire staff and generally ramp up and grow.
Notre position était la même que celle de la FIDEC au Québec, à savoir qu'il s'agit de crédits d'impôt payés par la province qui visent à financer un certain nombre de choses dont l'infrastructure, la capitalisation des sociétés, la capacité d'entreprendre des projets sans avoir à aller demander de l'argent, chapeau bas, projet après projet, et la capacité d'embaucher du personnel et de prendre de l'expansion.
