2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1, Member States shall not maintain or introduce in their national law provisions diverging from those laid down in Article 14(2) and Annex II Part A with regard to standard pre-contractual information through a European Standardised Information Sheet (ESIS) and Article 17(1) to (5), (7) and (8) and Annex I with regard to a common, consistent Union standard for the calculation of the annual percentage rate of charge (APRC).

Nonobstant le paragraphe 1, les États membres ne maintiennent ni n’introduisent dans leur droit national d’autres dispositions que celles établies à l’article 14, paragraphe 2, et à l’annexe II, partie A, en ce qui concerne la communication d’informations précontractuelles de base au moyen d’une fiche d’information standardisée européenne (FISE), et à l’article 17, paragraphes 1 à 5, 7 et 8, et à l’annexe I en ce qui concerne une norme commune et cohérente de l’Union pour le calcul du taux annuel effectif global (TAEG).
